There are 4 Volunteer roles: Camera Operators & Shaders (Video Team), Lyrics/PPT (Computer Graphics), and LBO (Light Board Operator) PLEASE NOTE: These roles vary depending on the venue/service type. The descriptions below apply to services in the Worship Center. 

  • Camera Ops: Part of the Video Team. Find and maintain good visuals of the worship team and preacher throughout the service. They’re patient, attentive, take direction well, and respond quickly to instructions

  • Shaders: Also part of the Video Team. They manage the lighting levels on all cameras, ensuring cohesive shots that aren’t distracting to viewers. They plan ahead, notice small details, and are patient & attentive throughout service. 

  • Computer Graphics (Lyrics/PPT): Responsible for what is shown on screens throughout the service. This can vary from Song Lyrics to PPT slides and more. CG Ops are focused, react quickly to sudden changes, and recover quickly when mistakes are made. 

  • LBO (Light Board Operators): Responsible for changing how the lighting looks throughout service, and lighting various areas of the stage as needed. LBO's are proactive, plan ahead, and are self-sufficient while still able to take directions well.

  • Other Positions can include, but aren't limited to: Labor for set changes and other projects. Stage Hands for VBS/Easter/Christmas, and Special Ops for those who want to help production in less 'production-y' ways. If you'd like to serve on production but aren't sure how, we'll help find a spot for you!
